We are currently looking to connect with experienced Independent Freight Agents interested in operating under our authority on a commission-only basis.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who already understands the realities of freight brokerage, has experience managing freight relationships, and prefers the flexibility and independence of a 1099 structure.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years freight brokerage/sales experience preferred (5+ ideal)

• Existing customer relationships strongly preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of market conditions and lane pricing

• Experience developing carrier relationships

• TMS savvy

• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional

• Team-oriented mindset with a straightforward approach to business
